1. Open the Paint 3D software.
2. Go to menu
3. Browse file
4. Open an image
5. Resize image canvas
6. Resize image canvas with the locked aspect ratio or
7. Resize image canvas without locked aspect ratio

At first, you need to open the Paint 3D software to resize in paint 3d.

Now Go to the menu option

Now browse the specific image file you want to crop.

Then you will see your selected image on the screen.
